Missing files!!

Hey! I used sims 4 mod manager, I had the option to delete duplicate files ( cc) it said it would only delete duplicates but it delete all of it! So I wnr to the bin to put it all back but now I see in the game that my sim phone is missing in game app like social, travel everything! Can someone help me please 😭
