Missing loading screen plumbob
I'm not sure why it disappeared but all help would be useful
I was duplicate cc and cc start up list causing the issue

Please test your issue on a vanilla game
To verify on a vanilla game, move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the following files from your user folder.
- localthumbcache
- Any lastException Files
- Any LastCrash files.
Test a backup of your save as you will loose all cc on the save and see if the same error occurs, then report back.
