@SanriooBaby Okay. I hate to say this but it's likely that the save with the problem has been corrupted somehow. There could be a number of reasons this happened but probably the culprit is a mod that caused some error. Also, I don't think there's any way to fix a corrupted save unless you're able to rewrite the code (which I am certainly not able to do). You will likely need to abandon that save and continue with the new one. If you wish to continue using mods, you absolutely should make sure they are all updated and compatible with the latest version of the game.
Just so you don't have to start over completely, you might be able to go into the problem save and save your sims to your library then load them into the new save. I'm not sure if households can be corrupted but I suppose it's possible. When saving and loading sims from library, they will lose inventory items and relationships outside the household but will keep all money, skills, traits and career development. Hopefully you won't have to start from scratch though.
