i'll click the checkmark at the bottom the save household screen pops up but it wont let me save it. i can hear the button being clicked but it doesnt do anything. i then tried to play in one of my already created households and the game will be broken. i cant see the bottom bar and the top buttons dont work. when i press the gallery button the manage worlds screen pops up. i cant close the game, i have to reset my computer. i went into all of my saved households and its all the same. some games the sims will be paused and others they will be moving around, i cant click on anything in any of them. the CAS works fine i just cant save it.
@liiin820 and @libbye What you describe is almost certainly a result of an outdated copy of weerbesu's mod UI Cheats Extension after the most recent patch. Update that mod and delete the file called localthumbcache. Then head to https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-and-Mod-CC-Issues/Broken-Obsolete-and-Updated-Sims-4-Mods-1-102-Oct-31-2023-Game/td-p/13138871 to see what else you might need to deal with. You can watch there or subscribe for updates.
@qreta3 Please start with the lists in the Broken/Updated Mods as what you describe is likely to be covered by some of the mods listed there as updated. If that doesn't help, you may need to do a 50-50 on your mods.
