I have the same issue. Everyone says to update or delete your mods but nothing is working.

Hi, I have attached a photo of the game. The X icons on menus are messed up and the Okay on the menu is always a trash icon. img

    @micehead26 By any chance do you have any UI or No Cc Wrench Mods installed? If you do please check for an update. In my game the X button icon was also messed up and the okay button was a plus sign and it was because I had an outdated no cc wrench mod.
