Mod for changing apartment boundaries?

I really, really need to be able to change the apartment boundaries of existing apartments. With all the other things I've seen people like Arnie do with custom worlds, and some that even found a way to change lot sizes... How come no one has found a way to change the boundaries of the apartments?

    His custom worlds aren't new worlds, they are overrides of EA worlds. But apartments seem to be strangely hardcoded, probably because they were never intended to be messed with. I still have to dig into them at some point and maybe I'll find something, but my guess is that it's unlikely anything can be done.

    Only thing is the TOOL mod by Twisted Mexi - it doesn't change the boundaries per se - but it lets you place things you can use outside of the boundaries.
