Mod for preventing random sims from showing up/knocking on door?

It's kind of getting annoying with having random sims showing up at my sims doors constantly, sometimes even walking straight in. I have locked their doors to prevent the random walk ins, however having to keep using MC to send away the unwanted visitors is really starting to get on my nerves. It's not just vampires which I know is normal for them, its everyone my sims had interacted with and sometimes sims they have not.
