I just updated my game and my CAS is glitching, the sliders look strange and so do the general ‘items’ in CAS

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I went to Create A Sim and whatever I clicked on the sim, I would search for what to give them and it just looks blocked.
What happens when the bug occurs? I go to Create A Sim and the columns where you can click on to give your sims whatever clothes or looks is blocked.
What do you expect to see? It doesn’t look like how Create A Sim columns should look like.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened ever since the latest patch on June 18, 2019.
So, when I go to Create A Sim and normally where the columns are you see what you can put or give your sims like clothings, hair, accessories, etc. But ever since the new patch update it’s blocked? And where the scale thing that’s beside the Sim that gives you the option to upsize or downsize their body or give them muscle has like stuff beside them? I’ve attached pictures to show. I have a mods folder, i checked that and everything looks fine and updated so I’m not sure what could be the issue? It’s only in Create A Sim.

I figured it out!! It’s the column mods that we put into our Mods folder. I took mine out thinking maybe it has something to do with it and it does! I think the columns mod needs an update bc of the new update we recently got

After the LGBTQ update of 2019 for the Sims 4, I've noticed that there are white boxes covering all CAS items that aren't custom content. I've tried repairing the game, but it's still there.
anybody had this happen?
I do...the exact same thing. I know it has something to do with CC but it's far worse now than what it was. Anyone have any ideas on what to do? I don't want to lose most or all of my CC.
Same, I even uninstalled my game and re-installed it. It's an annoying bug.
