[MOD RELATED] Can't access world map (White Screen)

No matter what I do; create a new save and want to move the family to Copperdale, move in a family from the gallery, travel with any sims through the phone, I cannot access Copperdale. The only thing...

@EA_Cade I have managed to download the game, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled ea platform and the game and I still can’t get past the whit e screen when I try to move to the new world? I can’t even load the world in from map view - not in play mode - I have all other content, the motions the mood lets etc but no world
