[MOD RELATED] Electronics, Lights, Appliances disappear on Load

I'm currently having an issue in my game where items both on my Sims' home lot and other community lots are disappearing from those lots. Like, I'll leave a lot, especially my Sims' home lot and I'll return later to find that some of their furniture or objects are gone and I'm forced to replace them. I tried checking household inventory but the objects weren't in there. I tried leaving the lot and coming back, that also didn't return the items. I don't know if it's a mod issue because I do use mods or if it's just an issue with the game itself because I did just get Adventure Awaits. This really needs to be looked into in my opinion because it's a real issue to have to constantly be replacing items you already bought for your Sims' homes and the community lots missing items is an issue too because you can't use the items if they aren't there, obviously. Playing right now and having this issue. Frustrating. 

SimsChick06​ I'm assuming you have mods? Update your SimRealist mods - see Broken and Updated Mods and CC for that and other mods you might need to update. I'm moving you into the thread for this issue.  You might also find the information in How to Use Mods and CC about game updates helpful.

I updated SNB Bills since that was one mod that might've apparently been causing the issue but I'm still having the issue. SimRealist said that they didn't need to update the SNB mod itself because that one apparently wasn't broken with the last patch, only the Bills mod. I'm not sure what to try next. I might need to take all of my mods out and see if it works without them first and if it does, I have to find out which one is the issue. 

SimsChick06​ Yep, you might need to do a 50-50. There's no other current known cause of this. Check for older versions of SNB Bills floating around in your folder as well. 

It's a crazy time. I go out to visit, when I return, all appliances are gone, and I have TO BUY again, but WAIT, I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT EACH TIME, AND I DON'T GET money back. How many of you are having this issue?

I am having with my bathroom, refrigerator, stove, tv, and computer disappearing every time I leave any lot I am on.
