I stupidly updated yesterday (17.03.26) did the usual removed my mods folder and save file, had ALL the issues everyone else experienced. Waited for the patch today (18.03.26) did the same process and removed mods etc. Updated then removed mods I knew were affected, updated those that were updated today (MCCC & UI Cheats) and kept my CC in. Multiple start ups, 'failure to launch on our end...' then the game will load straight after. The initial Sims4 screen loads but coming to the loading screen to resume game and the screen is just black. I then remove my CC and it loads to resume game loading screen. I am currently repairing my game and yes, before asking, I remove all cashe files. What else do I do?!!! I have over 2000+ CC and some scripted mods. I thought today's patch was to resolve the issue with CC?
Any advice?
following... mine is doing the same thing. the only way i can play is to remove the mod folder and put on my desktop, then i disabled mods and game works fine BUT no mods. so i been building random houses, lol.
shaunna46 You probably forgot to remove a broken UI mod from your folder. Something is broken in your mods 200%
