This is an issue caused by the UI Cheats mod. For future reference, on the day of an update you should not re-enable mods unless you know that they are compatible with the latest update. This should prevent problems like this in the future.

What happens when the bug occurs? When you click on the button to go to build mode it acts like it's in build mode, but the catalog doesn't show up at all.
What do you expect to see? A catalog in build mode
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Was after I downloaded the update with upgradable beds
You click on build mode button and the catalog doesn't show up. The gird is there and you can move everything around, but you can't use or see the catalog
