[MOD RELATED] Newborns age to toddlers/Disappearing infants

My sim gave birth to two twins. When it was time to age them up from the bassinet they turned straight into toddlers.

I used "testingcheats true" and "cas.fulleditmode" and was able to de-age the sims back down to infants and select their traits. But when I returned to the game both infants were missing from the game and the parents no longer had them in their Relationships tab.

I have the game saved from when they aged up to toddlers but have no idea how to get them back to infants?

    Hi all, 

    I’m having real problems with Sims 4 since purchasing the Growing Together pack. 

    My sim babies go straight to toddlers (no infant life stage).

    I also cannot adopt a child.

    I’ve tried trouble shooting (deleting cache folder, removing CC and Mods, disabling CC and Mods in the game) and it’s still showing the same.

    Any recommendations? I am so disappointed, I’m watching everyone else in the community enjoy infants and I cannot.

    I’ve done the same thing, I removed all cc and mods . Babies still turning into toddlers all the infant stuff is in my game except from the infants. Really hope it gets fixed soon… I don’t want to uninstall and reinstall everything

    I recently got the update and all looked fine , until I added mods and cc. I understand that cc is supposed to make it buggy, but remove a whole life stage? It doesn't show up but I got the content and everything minus infant stage. Can you help?
