[MOD RELATED] Sims error code 102/122:4809cdd1

hi, i keep getting this error when i try to load my sims game 102:4809cdd1-aed10e51 it tells me to restart my game but ive tried that and restarting my pc, i do have mods installed though Edit...

Hey @chiak1 have you tried removing all your mods and then trying to launch the game again to see what happens?

Hi,

I've just created this household in the same world as many others that I have made, they are my newest ones. Whenever I click the play button to play as them the game goes onto the loading screen and then crashes back onto the manage world page and shows the message : "The game failed to load. Error code : 102:4809cdd1:1750eeff. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." I have relaunched game several times and all of the other households in the same game file work perfectly.

I'd be super grateful for anyone's help! (Btw sorry if i'm using the wrong terms or missing something obvious, I'm pretty new to the game so feel free to correct me!)

Hey @sylvinir do you have any mods running?

If so can you remove them and then try launching the game again?
