What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cottage Living, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Get Together, Get to Work, City Living, Dream Home Decorator, Strangerville, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, My Wedding Stories, Dine Out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Moschino, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Backyard, Perfect Patio
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I try to "travel to" or "go on a date" and choose the new world, Tartosa, the screen will be all white. You can click on the X to quit the travel and get back to where you were. Traveling to all the other worlds work, but not the new one.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen gets all white, and you can't do anything.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to travel and to SEE the new world that came with My Wedding Stories.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The latest patch that came before My Wedding Stores were released Wed. 23/02/2022
Its really sad to pay 20$ and not be able to travel with my sims to the new world.
Just want to add that i can't even go into the world from a new savefile. I can't see it at all, no matter what i do. So basically , i just payed 20$ for a game pack who doesn't even seem to work at all. So i can't build in the new world, not see any of the lots or even play in it. Any suggestion to what i can do? Because at this point, i regret ever buying it and if i could, i'd ask for a refund - because this is far from OK.
