[MOD RELATED] Tartosa doesn't load

Did you remember to delete the localthumbcache file when you removed your mods? I'd try running a clean folder.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I try to "travel to" or "go on a date" and choose the new world, Tartosa, the screen will be all white. You can click on the X to quit the travel and get back to where you were. Traveling to all the other worlds work, but not the new one.
What happens when the bug occurs? The screen gets all white, and you can't do anything.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to travel and to SEE the new world that came with My Wedding Stories.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The latest patch that came before My Wedding Stores were released Wed. 23/02/2022

Its really sad to pay 20$ and not be able to travel with my sims to the new world. 

I just updated TOOL and Better Build Buy and mine works now. TwistedMexi already has updates ready on his Patreon 🙂

Just want to add that i can't even go into the world from a new savefile. I can't see it at all, no matter what i do. So basically , i just payed 20$ for a game pack who doesn't even seem to work at all. So i can't build in the new world, not see any of the lots or even play in it. Any suggestion to what i can do? Because at this point, i regret ever buying it and if i could, i'd ask for a refund - because this is far from OK. 

This is due to the tool mod. It said you removed all mods so I think deleting the local thumb cache file will help and you can also try repairing your game. 

I deleted the local thumb cashie file, and that seemed to help with the problem! Thanks very much! 🙂

I’ve also purchased and downloaded the new sims 4 game wedding story. In my case, the game got installed, and all content is there for CAS and Build & Buy, except for the Tartosa World.

The Tartosa World icon does show up normal, but once I click on it I get a white screen and can't go back to where all the other Worlds are. After restarting my PC laptop, repairing, updating, and reopening the game, I rechecked the other worlds scared they all got the same issue but they were normal.

Still, the Tartosa World is the only one that doesn't show up in my game, and have no idea how to fix this.

*UPDATE*

Fixed it! I had taken my TOOL and BBB mods out, apparently, they broke so it made the white screen appear

Manage world glitch? I have repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled my sims 4 wedding pack etc multiple times and yet l still get the same glitch. Is anyone else having issues when they go to manage world and click on tartosa and all you get is a white screen yet you can still normally access the gallery and save/exit/game options menu?
