Mod to fix DOING NOTHING after HSY

Hi!! Anyone know a mod that fix the bug on HSY the fact that sims don´t do what we command and we keep having to reset it in order to make them do it. I put my sims to do something and they just stand and do nothing, only after I reset them, they do it. Is there a mod that fix this bug please
