Mod to stop appliances breaking?
Hi Simmers! Is there a mod out there that stops appliances breaking. I downloaded one, but it doesn't seem to work. Thanks!

If you use the gnome lot trait, all appliance are repaired at 3 a.m. every morning. Things also seem to break less often, but ... I am not able to verify that.
