Mod/Game issue?

Hello! earlier today I downloaded some new mods. when I played, I wasn't able to right click my mod to see the other pie menu. I removed the newer mods I added and nothing changed, so I removed the entire mods folder onto my desktop, and there still wasn't a difference. I repaired the app as well. I moved the sims 4 folder out of the EA folder and onto my desktop. The issue was still not resolved when creating an entire new game and now I don't know if it will ever be fixed and if I will ever get my worlds back :(

    The issue persists. should I remove each mod individually and see if one is still somehow affecting my game?

    Try this exact sequence, please:

    1. Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
    2. Run a Game Repair.
    3. Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
    4. Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
