Try this exact sequence, please:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop.
- Run a Game Repair.
- Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
The issue persists. should I remove each mod individually and see if one is still somehow affecting my game?
Vickyyyy12 I just asked you to test with no mods after a game repair. Did that work? You need to do the exact steps given to test.
