Mods / cc won’t let me open the game

Reinstalled the sims4 after a while of not playing, decided to download some cc like I always do when I play. When I go to play (both by steam and ea app) it comes up with an error saying that I cannot start the game because game data is missing or damaged. I took my mods out and it open perfectly fine. I tried to sift through my cc to see what was broken and none of it works, even a singular cc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, saw people saying to repair through ea app but I don’t have that option.

I tried to copy some solutions I’ve seen online and still none of my cc works, I just want some cool clothes man :(.
