Mods and cc gone from folder

Question

I opened my mods folder only to find that all of my mods and almost all of my cc has seemingly disappeared from my mods folder. I've checked the recycle bin and its not there so I haven't deleted it. There are seven pieces of cc left in the folder but the rest of my cc and mods are missing.
I'm on Mac, I use alpha cas and build/buy cc and script mods which I've had for months with no problems. Nothing else is missing from my game files or computer (that I know of).
Anyone have any idea what caused this or where I can find my mods?

I doubt that the game would have anything to do with this. I had the same issue at one point and I found that the issue was with my one drive because it was syncing with my computer. I would check to see if maybe it isn't one drive causing the problem. If it is then you can go to the one drive site and look at your files.

I don’t know, but I’m on Mac, and my entire Library disappeared one time. It never came back. I sure hope you can find your mods!
