Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I removed all my mods then clicked scenarios, finding love after breakup, new save, and that is how cas looked.
What happens when the bug occurs? You don't have any options to customize the sim and the game menu looks weird/ scribbly. It looks like how it would if it was an outdated script mod.
What do you expect to see? The cas menu to work normally.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Sims 4 when I click scenario, new save cas menu acts up.
@tobyleela Did you delete the localthumbcache file after removing your mods/CC ? Please try the factory reset from the first post. This very much looks like an outdated mod that's still active in your game.

@lidolstars Please check with the creators of the mods/cc you are using if they are all still uptodate or if you need to get a new version. Please also read the info on the first post of this thread.
