How do I fix this weird glitch. I've done everything. "Repaired" the game, uninstalled and reinstalled it, deleted my mods and loaded the game without them but nothing! Please someone if there is any way to solve this, tell me. Thank you!

I downloaded the Horse Ranch pack for Sims 4 and I was trying to get my sims to ride the horse so it would mount it like everything was working correctly but then it would reset both the horse and my sim. I had tried repairing, deleting the cache, and updating majority of the mods that were updated
