Community ManagerI've been able to download and start playing the ranch expansion. However, if I try to move to the world, I end up on a blank white screen. I have tried repairing the downloads, not using mods, uninstalling then reinstalling, and moving to one world first and then trying to move out into the ranches new world. Is anyone else having this problem?
Hi, I experienced the same thing as you, when I wanted to visit chestnuts, they only looked white, I really wanted to find out why. basically what makes it happen is a mod that doesn't match the sims 4 version, for my PC the reason is the TOOL mod, after I delete all the files from the mod the game runs fine. Maybe you can try it too...
