mods do not show up in the game
the sims 4: for some reason despite creating a mod folder and putting the files in there, they do not appear in the game. I've tried many times to repear the game but it never worked, i don't know what to do anymore

You can not just create a mod folder. The game only uses the mods folder it creates itself. Usually located in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\.
@elidnt20V00 - To add to what Jpkarlsen said, you also need to make sure "Enable Mods and Custom Content" is turned on in your game settings, then the game needs to be restarted once it's activated.
