imastargrll Please use this method to find the full address Mods folder that the game sees: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/ Write that down, then use your folder navigation to go to that exact folder. Are there mod files there? Please post a screenshot.
yes the mod files are there and it says theyre there too.

The best advice I can give you is to get rid of the so called anti virus. You don't need it, Windows own protection is all you need and these anti virus programs cause more problems than they solve. Check the website of the virus program and find out exactly what you need to do to remove it. Most of them won't uninstall with the standard Windows uninstall procedure.
Thats the thing i dont have any, so im not sure why theyre not popping up
