Okay, here's what to do:
1: Rename the Mods folder, start the game, and make a new one.
2: Don't put back the CAS section for now; something is up there, so let's get the rest working first.
3: You have multiple Zip files for Swimmable Worlds in your Mods folder. That "mod" doesn't go in Mods - these are World replacements and go in a different place - and you have to pick from the ones you have -- either Sunblind *or* Sunblind X Seasons. Delete the files, go back to where you got them, and read the instructions carefully. Consider whether you want to go through the hassle of dealing regularly with non-Mods-folder files.
4: You have many, many other Zip and Rar files. Zip and Rar files don't go in Mods. You need to click on those and open them, then drag the files out of them into the Mods folder. Sometimes they will include files for many different packs and you need to delete the ones you don't have packs for. Sometimes they'll include files you have to choose between.
5: This is a good time to stop and make sure the game starts. If it does, keep going! If it doesn't, you might have old versions of some mods.
6: a.deep.indigo has not yet cleared her mods for the patch. Any of them might need to be checked again after you get the folder in general working.
7: PandaSama Rocking Horse is unsupported and should be removed.
