Mods won’t work even though I updated them

Yesterday I updated two of my mods which were UI Cheats and More Columns and they worked completely fine. This morning I went to play and Better Exceptions is saying that both of those two mods aren’t working 

They worked yesterday and now they aren’t and my game is crashing because of it and I don’t know why

Edit: Now I’m having a similar problem with Wonderful Whims, none of the gameplay mechanics work or show up but the items are in Build/Buy

Edit #2: I forgot to mention that I haven’t updated the game itself yet (I’ve been playing offline) because I don’t have enough space on the USB I keep the game on so I’m going to need to buy a USB with more space. So I believe that my problem might be because my broken mods are only compatible with the latest version of the game and not the version I currently have (though it confuses me why they did work at first) so I might come back to this post once I get the new USB and update my game

    LilyfrostTheMed​ More Columns didn't need updating for this patch, though you might have needed to update it if your version was from a few patches ago. See the current Broken and Updated Mods and CC lists.

    Are you using anything like OneDrive or iCloud? Those can cause you problems. Take a screenshot of your Mods folder, including the whole box of info, not just what's inside the folder. I want to see the full path name.
