Mods/CC not working AND Gallery creations gone

amberdwatts Please check these two things:

1. The full file path of your Mods folder, when you go to see that all the mods and CC are there. 
2. The full file path that this method gives you for where the game is looking for your user folder (which is where Mods and Tray -- your Library -- are): https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
