More sims walking by lot
Besides MCCC is there a mod that increase the number of sims that are in a lot and surrounding area.

I use MCCC for this and for a lot of other things. Having one mod that does what several can do keeps my game running very smoothly. If you haven't tried it, you might want to give MCCC a try. They keep it updated and provide really good support.
