My games been working great and then yesterday out of the blue I started having mouse issues - first yesterday, it stayed stuck on scrolling - so I plugged in my mouse saved my game went to main menu...

The problem is most probably with your 3rd party mouse as your Apple in-built Trackpad works fine. Is there Logitech software you can download for Mac to help? Whilst most updates come via macOS, some 3rd party peripherals can still be tweaked using the vendor software if it’s available for Mac.
Check your settings in System Settings > Mouse too and also Accessibility in case anything has changed that you aren’t aware of.
