My CC eyes are not working properly...

Greetings, Simmers.

I tried to do some Custom Content for myself by making a group of 32 CAS Swatches for eye colors. They're eye colors from Grand Theft Auto Online in which I managed to extract from the game files, and then converted them into the game. But I ran into a problem where my eye color selection from the GTA eyes doesn't work; it does not respond when I click on a GTA Eye, and whenever I click on a non-GTA eye, and then to a different GTA eye, it resets to the first eye color, and clicking some GTA eyes will not fix it. I tried to fix it two times but to no avail and I don't want to "steal" a functioning Custom Eye CC from someone only to put the GTA swatches in there and make them work.
Plus, I can confirm that all the eyes I converted are NOT the same as the first eye's texture since pressing random picks a random GTA Eye; the problem occurs when I try to click a different eye, and it does not respond.

How do I fix it?
