I would totally love to make that but I don't think there is a skirt like that for toddlers, if you know someone that has converted that skirt for Toddlers I could do it, otherwise I have to search for someone that did or try to make it myself and that might take a while to learn how to do =)
Oh and I also love to make my kids and Toddlers wear matching stuff <3
