Werewolves constantly howling in CAS

They will often even howl twice in a row, and definitely way too many times within one minute. As someone who loves playing with werewolves (peak gameplay, compliment the nearest person who worked on it NOW) and who goes into CAS a lot it's super annoying and shouldn't be anywhere near as common. Can't say if it's the same for other occults too as I haven't been playing others for a while.

On PC, and tested without mods too with the same result: AWOOOO! AWOOOO! AWOOOO! AWOOOO!
