my custom content isn't working.
I updated my sims 4, and all of a sudden all of the custom content deleted, and after multiple attempts of trial and error, I gave up. it just doesn't seem to work. please fix this!!!

iqw18rhq3c33 Is it deleted from the Mods folder? Or just not visible in game?
If it's still in the Mods folder, make sure you re-enabled CC and Mods in your Game Options, then restart the game. If the option doesn't stay ticked on, please go to Tech Support.
If the folder emptied when you updated the game, please go to Tech Support. Sometimes the cause is a combination of having iCloud/OneDrive or a similar syncing program and you don't have a lot of free space on your computer.
