my game but It didn't run

Idk why do i have this issue that is when i run the sims it shows its running but it didn't open and when i want to stop it the game didn't even show up and when i used steam to stop the game its not stopping and it only says stopping the game but its been like hours and its still says stopping idk why and what mod is doing that but please fix it cause i have furry mods in side and other but the glitch is causing me alot of problems and stuff with along side when I want to play other games it will not run cause the Sims 4 is still opened

    LonewolfSSGMUI​ Please test with no mods: 

    1. Rename the Mods folder
    2. Delete the file called localthumbcache
    3. Start the game and load your save
    4. If you're able to save, do a "Save As" so you don't override your save mod-free.

    Let me know if this works. (With punctuation, please? It was really hard to read to figure out what your problem was.)
