Error Code: 123.20ece5dd:8de7a7da

Hi EA, not sure if this has been reported as I could find nothing on it in the forums. 

'The game failed to load. Error Code: 123.20ece5dd:8de7a7da. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.'

I googled and did what it says to do but final result is that my game crashes.  I use minimal mods since I was one of the unfortunate ones who continuously got the Failed to Launch error and very few of my mods or cc would allow my game to load. Since the fix I've only put back a few of my favorite mods and a smaller portion of cc.

The first time we crashed I had planted a bush at the restaurant hoping my sims would woohoo but when I tried to get them to use it the game did not show any woohoo options, got an error that they could not find an adequate place to woohoo, and we crashed shortly after I had attempted numerous times.

I love just being silly with game play however since the latest 'failed to launch' fix, the game is now like noooo, you can't do that anymore. I've had sims steal my food after I had ordered a drink or food at the different fests we've gone to, so yesterday while on a date as the waitress took foreverrrrr to bring our food, I decided to steal food from a table where the people must have gone outside for a smoke or something.

I went into build mode, which was readily available, did not have to enter any cheats, all was good, got the food to my table, went out of build mode, instructed my sims to eat it and the game just stood still. Not a single staff member at the restaurant was moving, nobody was doing a thing, I had no control of anything, so I opted to go to Manage World, came back again, and game crashed. 

Tried again after reloading the game because it's just funny stealing food, remember they did it to us first! Again, game was like noooo, that fun is over lady LOL. 

Is it a bug? possible mod conflict? I really hope silliness is not over in my game LOL!
