My households are missing!

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL game packs and expansion packs to date (until horse ranch).' I also own the following kits: Throwback fits, country kitchen, bust the dust, courtyard oasis, fashion street, industrial loft, incheon arrivals, modern menswear, blooming rooms, decor to the max, little camper, dessert luxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know
What happens when the bug occurs? households disappear form game.
What do you expect to see? I want my families to show up in my game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Several households are gone from my game. They are my own households (not pre-made), were all moved into houses and were in "other household" bin. Maximal sim count is set to 200 and is not exceeded. Im working on my savefile and this is setting me back so much...
Their houses stay, but if i want to move in a new family i can not choose to move into the house furnished, i need to choose unfurnished so all the work on the houses are also gone.
