So my sim cheated on his partner and he's been feeling so guilty about it. The thing here is that there is no option to confess it and I have also tried making him drink the moodlet solver potion and it didn't work. What can I do?

No, they only kissed. It wasn't a want or fear either.
Where do you see that your sim is feeling guilt.
There is a moodlet saying so, and also because he can't make out with his partner or woohoo. Anyways suddenly that moodlet disappeared when I turned off the fears and wants in the game options and now he can do those things, lol!
