My sim changes clothes and skin tone randomly

Yes I do play with mods. I have recently updated ALL of my mods due to another gameplay issue, and the game was running fine for a day. Then I noticed while my child sim was sleeping that her portrait had changed her to have pale skin. Her hair and clothes were fine. I thought nothing of it. Then when she woke up her skin went black, and she was wearing a random hair and outfit.  Then, I had her practice riding her bike, and her skin and hair changed AGAIN!! While she was riding, her outfit and hair changed again several times. Not sure what mod could be causing this or if anyone else is having the same issue. She looks correct in CAS (first photo below). But when I save and enter the game she's changed again.
