my sim is pregnant and ready to give birth, but she won't have the baby?????

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.80.69.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? i only have the holiday pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? get a sim pregnant, wait for her to finish third trimester so she's ready to give birth, and see if she will have the baby
What happens when the bug occurs? when my sim is pregnant and she finishes the third trimester, it says she's ready to give birth, but i don't know how to make her have the baby??? i've tried everything but there's no option to have the baby
What do you expect to see? i want my sim to give birth to the baby
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

my sim was pregnant and she finished the third trimester. now it says she's ready to have the baby, but she won't. there is no option for her to give birth i've clicked every button and i can't find anything. now she's just stuck being pregnant

    Pls I’m new on sims and do not really know what to do pls “ my sim is pregnant and ready to have the baby. But won’t????

    Here's how to check if mods or CC are causing your problem:

    1. Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop.
    2. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.
    3. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up.
    4. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem.

    Hi, I know its been years but I'm having a similar experience, except that when my sim gave birth, the baby disappears. Like, completely physically not in the game but the baby is shown in my sims mood ?? 

     

    Idk how to explain it. The newborn is in the lower screen shown, but not in the game itself.
