My sim loop the "Tell big news" interaction. - Bug

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? idk
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By not controlling the sim for a while.
What happens when the bug occurs? They loop the "telling big news" interaction
What do you expect to see? Nothing. They should just stand here, and the other sim should already know "the big news"
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?

Hi! I got a family with 2 sims , a female and a male 

the female is pregnant , and she directly did the "tell big news" action to her husband .

I saved and left after a while , and my sim keeps "saying big news" to her husband , while he already knew , but it's like he forgot...It gets very annoying seeing my sim telling it all over and over again and them doing the same animation all over again. They dont do it tough when i give them a task , but when i dont control them , they loop the action (but they arent stuck , i can stop them anytime.)

Please help 😞
