My sims 4 game keeps freezing every time I try to save

Hi. My sims 4 game keeps freezing every time I try to save the game. I don’t think it’s a mod issue but I’m not sure. I’ve updated my computer and right now it’s at a repair shop trying to get fixed....

@oreosimmer01  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Is OneDrive or iCloud, respectively, running on the computer?  Please check if you're not sure and even if you don't deliberately use the service.  And let me know when you have the computer back and are ready to troubleshoot.
