My Sims 4 Game Save Got Corrupted After An Outdaded Mod

So I attached the photo of the problem. First of all, I was playing my save and even though I got the notification of outdaded mod I continued the  game. The game freezed and I just exitted. Then I removed the old one and got the new mode but when I opened the game my save looked like that. When I tried to open it It made me choose weather and then city but there was no image of cities to begin with. 

Did I lose my save for forever or is there any way I can get it back. Please help me.
