My Sims 4 has a lot of glitches recently.

Hello, I REALLY need help because I can't play the game properly anymore. My game has a lot of texture glitches and those are practically not allowing me to play, I also can't access to my sims, the buttons disappear when I try to select a home.
 I have a few CC and mods but it has never been a problem ever since now, I tried to check and all of my mods are updated. I tried to repair the game a few times already and it won't change anything...
On the first image, it's the kind of texture problems I mentioned. On the second, I show that I selected a house but can't do anything with it nor even access to it. Can someone help me (or at least tell me how can I contact the help services) ? Thanks a lot for your time!

    Hi @J4keN03_ Looks like you have at least one broken mod that affects the game UI. You can test if this is the case by testing without the Mods folder:

    Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem.

    If you don't still have the problem, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it. Start that process at the Broken/Updated Mods thread.
