my sims 4 won't save at all dec 2022

Question

My Sims 4 won't save at all. I have tried everything that the EA Support has suggested, and literally nothing helps. I'm considering just getting a refund and to stop trying. Can anyone please help me with this? I've deleted the cache, trouble shot, did other things such as trying to replace the file, and nothing has worked. I really am fed up and overly irritated.&nbsp;

@sydneybanks52&nbsp; Does your computer run Windows or macOS?&nbsp; Please also list the full file path to the user folder Sims 4 is reading.&nbsp; Here's how to find it in-game:

You can write [username] instead of your actual username, but leave the rest of the file path intact.&nbsp; And let me know if the username you see is NOT the one attached to your Windows or macOS user account.
