@sydneybanks52 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? Please also list the full file path to the user folder Sims 4 is reading. Here's how to find it in-game:

You can write [username] instead of your actual username, but leave the rest of the file path intact. And let me know if the username you see is NOT the one attached to your Windows or macOS user account.
