No option to change Newborn Diaper

Question

I have been having newborns that have dirty diapers but there is no option to change it. When you "Find out what's wrong" the newborn will say dirty diaper, but the clickable option is not there. I believe it is being solved in Super Efficient Newborn Care, but I have more than one newborn and can't do that more than once at a time.&nbsp;

Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please do a "vanilla" test:&nbsp; Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving. This will let you know if a mod or CC item is your cause. If it is, see Mod &amp; CC Issues: START HERE
