My sims games UI is completely broken, and i cant click anything, Do you guys ha

i have tried updating/removing all the main ui mods like ui cheats , more columns , more traits etc, but no luck, and I really cant do the 50/50 method because my game already takes an hour to load up because i use an external harddrive si that would take probably days
